What to Know:
  • Pharos collaborates with Morpho to launch on-chain lending infrastructure for real-world assets.
  • Integration supports scalable, risk-isolated lending strategies.
  • Expands DeFi opportunities for institutional and retail participants.

Pharos Network has launched a native lending infrastructure for real-world assets in partnership with Morpho, integrating directly onto Pharos Layer 1 blockchain to support DeFi participants.

MAGA Finance

This partnership expands decentralized finance by securely bringing off-chain assets on-chain, enhancing transparency and yield opportunities for both institutional and retail markets without compromising risk management.

Pharos Network has partnered with Morpho to introduce native lending infrastructure for real-world assets on the Pharos Layer 1 blockchain.

This collaboration aims to enhance the transparency and efficiency of DeFi, impacting both institutional and retail markets significantly.

Pharos and Morpho Target $9B DeFi Market

Pharos Network and Morpho have collaborated to create a risk-isolated lending infrastructure for real-world assets, aiming to enhance on-chain finance visibility. This integration takes place on Pharos’ Layer 1 blockchain. Pharos, specializing in real-world asset finance, partners with Morpho, a DeFi leader boasting over $9 billion in deposits. Their collaboration addresses the growing need for secure, on-chain lending solutions.

Integrating Off-Chain Assets Expands DeFi Access

The move supports institutional-grade lending strategies, improving access to capital. It broadens the DeFi market by incorporating off-chain assets, attracting institutional and retail stakeholders keen on diversified loans. This integration holds financial significance, supporting complex lending and better yield pricing. It reinforces Pharos and Morpho’s position as pioneers in transforming traditional asset markets into the digital economy.

New Integration Sets DeFi Benchmark

Past ventures such as Aave and MakerDAO have explored similar on-chain loans but lacked the modular risk management Pharos and Morpho offer. It marks their first fully native integration focused on real-world assets. The Pharos-Morpho venture could set a benchmark for future DeFi projects. Historical trends show growing interest in integrating traditional finance within blockchain ecosystems, potentially revolutionizing credit systems.

For us, working together with Morpho is about building trust and composability at the core of RWAfi. By integrating Morpho’s lending infrastructure directly into our mainnet, we’re laying the foundation for a more transparent and capital-efficient on-chain credit ecosystem.
