The July 30 tally marked the largest daily intake for the funds in over three weeks and left the group with $203. 84 million in net inflows for the week .

U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in $233.1 million in net inflows on July 30, 2026, their strongest single day in more than three weeks, even as Bitcoin slipped below $64,000. The result sharpened a growing divergence between steady fund demand and a still-soft spot price.

Bitcoin ETF Demand Climbs Even as Spot Price Weakens

The July 30 tally marked the largest daily intake for the funds in over three weeks and left the group with $203.84 million in net inflows for the week. It stood out against a spot market that was drifting lower rather than rallying. For related coverage, see U.S. Spot Bitcoin ETFs See $90.44M Inflows, Ethereum ETFs Add $18.43M.

July 30 Bitcoin ETF Inflows
$233.1M
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded a $233.1 million net inflow on July 30, 2026, led by BlackRock’s IBIT.

BlackRock’s IBIT drove the bulk of the day, contributing $183.4 million, with Fidelity’s FBTC adding $15.5 million and Bitwise’s BITB $20.7 million. The concentration in IBIT echoes a broader pattern of demand flowing through BlackRock’s product, which recently prompted the SEC to approve higher IBIT options limits.

Bitcoin traded at $63,837 with a market capitalization near $1.28 trillion, keeping it under the $64,000 line that framed the day’s price action. This piece focuses narrowly on that split between fund flows and price, not a broader market call. For related coverage, see Bitcoin Mining Energy Mix: Hydropower Tops Gas.

CoinGecko market data placed Bitcoin below $64,000, showing ETF inflows strengthening against a still-soft spot market.

What the Divergence Could Signal for Near-Term Bitcoin Sentiment

The setup reads as a mixed signal rather than a clean bullish reversal. Positive ETF flows point to continued institutional and advisor demand, while a price under $64,000 reflects near-term caution or selling pressure in spot markets. That caution was already visible a day earlier. Spot Bitcoin ETFs still logged $32.1 million in inflows on July 29 even as Bitcoin dipped below $64,000 during U.S. trading hours, showing demand held while price wobbled.

Broader sentiment remained defensive despite the fund buying. The crypto Fear & Greed Index printed 25, or Extreme Fear, on July 31, underscoring that the ETF rebound has not shifted the wider mood. Inflows alone do not guarantee an immediate BTC rebound.

What to Watch After Bitcoin ETF Inflows Reach a Three-Week High

The recovery is still modest by recent standards. The prior week closed with just $33.79 million of net inflows after outflows of $225.2 million and $240.1 million on July 23 and July 24, a reminder that institutional demand has been cautious rather than aggressive.

Follow-through in daily flow data is the main confirmation signal. A repeat of days like the recent $90.44 million inflow session would suggest the spike is persistent, while a slide back toward the multi-month lows in ETF activity would signal the opposite.

Bitcoin’s behavior around $64,000 is the practical level to monitor. Holding or reclaiming it would test whether fund demand, which has been building since the funds snapped an eight-week outflow streak, is translating into firmer spot-market confidence.

U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded products have traded since the SEC approved their listing and trading on January 10, 2024, which made daily flow tables a standard proxy for institutional Bitcoin demand.
