  • Tokens affected: RNDR, RBN, MOBILE, SYN.
  • No immediate funding impact from delisting announced.

Coinbase plans to delist four tokens—Render, Ribbon Finance, Helium Mobile, and Synapse—on June 26, 2025, due to protocol updates.

This delisting highlights compliance with technical standards, though it carries no direct financial impact yet. User withdrawals remain supported.

Coinbase Ends Trading for Four Tokens in June

Coinbase, led by CEO Brian Armstrong, announced its decision to delist four tokens in June 2025. The affected tokens include Render Network, Ribbon Finance, Helium Mobile, and Synapse.

The delisting comes from incompatibility with newer protocol updates. Users will be unable to trade these tokens post-June 26, yet withdrawals remain available. Coinbase stated, “Trading will be disabled at 2 p.m. Eastern Time on June 26, after which users will no longer be able to buy, sell, or convert these assets on the platform. However, Coinbase confirmed that users can still withdraw these tokens to external wallets even after trading is suspended.”

No Immediate Financial Impact from Delisting

The delisting decision has no reported immediate financial impact on the projects or investors, according to public statements. The move is viewed as a procedural action.

No major market disruptions have been claimed. Regulatory agencies have not issued specific comments concerning the delisting.

Delisting Aligns with Common Market Practices

Coinbase’s action reflects established practices used during blockchain protocol updates. Similar past events show no long-term effects on market stability or token credibility.

Given historical precedents, this event is unlikely to cause lasting market disturbances. Future similar updates might follow a comparable approach for maintaining exchange compliance.
